Am I A Candidate?

Thank you for your interest in the Stabilimax^® clinical research study.

Your eligibility to participate in the study is based on a specific set of requirements that are set by the FDA. The first step in determining your eligibility is to have you answer a short set of questions on this web site. If you meet the initial set of criteria, based on your answers to the questions, and are interested in participating in the study, you will be asked to give contact information so that a clinical research study staff member can get in touch with you.

• Are you 21 or older?
• Have you had leg (mostly) and low back pain?
• Do you have numbness in your legs or feet?
• Does your lower back pain get worse while walking or better in certain positions or activities?
• Have you had any lumbar fusion surgery?

If you answered yes to at least 3 of these questions including #1, you may have spinal stenosis.
